RingCentral wanted a clearer way to help customers discover and understand its podcast series. The team aimed to move beyond an audio only format and create a design led experience that supported customer education and brand storytelling.

The existing podcast series functioned as an audio only asset which made it hard for customers to find episodes, understand themes or see the value of the content. RingCentral was already a public company at this point but the team still operated with a startup mindset which created a fast pace and a need for systems that could scale. The campaign required a structure that translated abstract topics into an accessible branded experience across digital and physical touchpoints.

Create a unified creative system that clarified the narrative of the podcast, improved discoverability and guided customers through the content with more intention. The system needed to work across digital and physical channels while staying aligned with RingCentral’s brand and content strategy.

The campaign was developed as a visual system that combined interactive digital storytelling with a tactile direct mail experience.

A multi panel die cut mailer unfolded to reveal the campaign narrative and podcast highlights. The piece measured 4 by 6 to avoid additional postage costs and was produced on satin coated stock for a premium feel.Campaign cohesion:

Landing page concept
Designed a static landing page layout that introduced the campaign theme and provided a clear entry point for exploring the podcast content.
Animated sections
Created animated content blocks that highlighted key moments of the campaign and brought the podcast narrative to life through motion and visual storytelling.
Direct mailer, print and packaging
Designed a multi-panel die-cut mailer that unfolded to reveal the campaign story. The compact four-by-six format and premium stock created a tactile, high-impact experience.
